You will then be directed to the second half of the survey focusing specifically on Quality of Life. 

Thank you so much for taking part in this survey, this is the first time in our region that important information will be gathered about the Quality of Life of Parents and siblings of LGBTQ2SI+ people. The information we gather is groundbreaking for the LGBTQ2SI+ community of the Shuswap and will lead to more inclusive and innovative programming in the future.
